The other night Chuck took me out to eat for my birthday. We were sitting there eating our appetizers and salad. We hear the Wait Staff come out and start singing Happy Birthday to a customer. It's a pretty big production, lots of singing, clapping, bell ringing, ect...
I take a couple bites of food. In mid bite and the fork still in my mouth I look across the table at Chuck and say, "Don't EVEN think about it!" He looks at me so innocently and says, "What are you talking about?" "Don't do it!" I reply. He smiles and says, "but you get free ice cream!"
About this time our waiter comes by and asks if everything is ok. I spit my bite of carrot out and start laughing. Chuck is laughing. The waiter is a bit confused. I wave him off and say everything is fine, Chuck and I still laughing.
We finished our date with a trip to..... you guessed it, "Walmart" Whoo hoo, party time!! While at Walmart we picked up some new Tide HE detergent to go along with my birthday present. ....After we had replaced our washer/dryer from the fire, I kept kicking myself for not getting one of the new High Efficiency washer/dryer. For my birthday Chuck surprised me with a new HE washer/dryer. We gave my 'less-than-one-year-old' set to his mom.
It is true! These things wash and dry awesome. If anyone out there is debating buying one, all I can say is spend the extra money and get it.
