Keri- Keri is two years older than me and even though we only saw each other about once a year while growing up, we always had a great time together. Now that we are older and raising families, we see each other about once every 4 years. But still, we pick up right where we left off. No awkward 'we-are-practically-stranger' moments when we first see each other. We have a warm welcome and fall right into 'hanging-out' like we see each other all the time. I wish we lived closer but now that her parents and my mom live somewhat in the middle, we can have more family gatherings.
