Several months ago this commercial came out. The jingle is addicting and I found myself singing it for hours after I would hear it. One day in particular... back in Nov when we were hanging our outside Christmas lights... I drove Chuck crazy singing this tune over and over.... watch it. You will see how addicting it is...
Then, back in January, Chuck saw this commercial. It is just as addicting as the Pirate jingle and soon became Chuck's favorite commercial... there are other commercials with these guys but I think these two are the most popular...
Around our house these days, someone is singing one of these, or a combination of both jingles put together. Suzie is even in on the addiction and finishes every one's version with her own, "Dot Com" or "Dot Com BaeBee"
So I am taking a vote.... Common! Play along and leave a comment.... Which one do you think is the better commercial, the more addicting one, or even the more annoying one? The Pirate or the sub-compact?.

I like both of these, Rebekah. I just don't like the one where he's in the basement, singing about he wishes he knew about his wife's bad credit because then he wouldn't have married her and would be happier. I can't stand the scenario in that one. But as far as the pirate one and the car one, they are both funny in their own special way. But if I had to pick one, I'd say the car. Don't be mad!
Thats funny! I also love that commercial. It does get stuck in your head though.

Aghhhhhhhhhh, my 11-yr-old sings that car one ALL THE TIME!!!! He drives me crazy with that! LOL I very, very, VERY rarely watch TV so I don't see the ads and I had no idea what he was singing when he first started that. He finally called me in the room one day when the ad was on so he could show it to me. It was cute - the first 50 times I heard it! LOL
Ok, you and Pete ARE related! He loves those commercials and ALSO drives me crazy singing them. I try to get him to be quiet before it gets in my head...but it's usually too late. He also LOVES the Sonic commercials....he's even "shushed" me before so he could hear them. WHAT?! lol!
They are both funny but I have always loved the pirate one! It makes me laugh every time!
The pirate one is awesome, but I LOVE the car one best. I do think that the basement one is funny though...sorry sniz. I laugh everytime I see them.
In our house though, the Mac vs PC commercials are the best. Hubby proudly displays his apple, but bought me a PC. Go figure.
