Albert And Ernie

Caleb and I ran some errands the other day, getting my school stuff taken care of and getting him some soccer shoes. We picked on and harassed each other all afternoon... and having quite a bit of fun at it too...

Sitting at the Taco Bell drive through, I made a comment that went right over Caleb's head. I laughed and said, "Didn't you ever watch Sesame Street? Whats wrong with you, Boy?"

Caleb still didn't get it and gave me a blank stare, "No, I didn't watch Sesame Street."

I nodded in understanding, "Ahhh, so Thats what is wrong with you."

A few seconds passed and Caleb commented, "Well, I do remember watching Albert and Ernie."

My brows met together in the middle as I stared at Caleb, trying not to laugh... but I just couldn't do it. I busted out, "It's BURT and Ernie!!... lolololol... Seriously, watch more Sesame Street!"... lolololol...

Caleb realized his faux pas busted out laughing as well, "I mean Burt and Ernie!"

I was still giggling and laughing while Caleb tried to defend himself, "Burt is short for Albert"

He tried to convince me but I wouldn't bite, "Sorry son, its Burt, not Albert."

After we finished laughing, Caleb looked at me and stated, "You're gonna blog this, aren't you?"

"Well, yeah!" I nodded, "I cant pass up on an opportunity like this"

Caleb just rolled his eyes and smile
