I keep a pretty clean house... at least try to... but there are some weeks when there is just too much of "life" going on. Bathrooms.... I mean Toilets.... are the one thing that I make sure get cleaned on a weekly basis... with boys in the house it's a must...
In an attempt to make things a little easier I picked up a bottle of Cl0rox wipes. On those busy weeks, I use a few to swipe over the toilet and surrounding area.... disinfect and sanitize
For unmentionable purposes, I also keep a small box of wet wipes in each bathroom.... you never know when one may be needed... Gracie uses our bathroom a lot and had used up the last wet wipe.... do you see the direction this is heading?
I was busy in the kitchen and Gracie hollered that she needed me. Before I could put my dish towel down she told me to never mind. When she came back to the kitchen I asked her if she went potty Ok. She said, "The wet wipes were all gone but then I found some."
Tick Tock. Tick Tock..... wet wipes. empty. bathroom. just cleaned. Cl0r..... GASP!
GRACIE!! *sigh* calm down, Mommy. "Gracie, what do you mean you found some? Show me what you used."
I grabbed her hand and we walked to the bathroom. Gracie pointed to the yellow tub of Cl0rox wipes.... Oh ick. I was afraid of that... I explained to Gracie that those were not wet wipes. They are only to be used to clean the toilet because they had yucky chemicals on them.
I quickly got her in the tub and washed off, hoping that she wouldn't break out in some sort of rash... Chuck didn't see what the big deal was but that Cl0rox can be some pretty harsh stuff for tender areas...
Gracie never showed any signs of rash or complained of symptoms. Whew!

Oh my that would have frightened me also with all the chemicals. I am glad to hear you put her in the tub to rinse things well.
Smiles!
Maybe Clorox doesn't have as many chemicals as they advertise... hmmmm.
Too funny!
Kiss the kiddos for me.
Aunt Rachel
I can see how easily that could happen. I would have done the same as you did. Men don't get those things sometimes!
When kids say they need you, then, oh, never mind, that's when it's time to worry! I'm glad she's OK.
Hey, she was nicely disinfected and sanitized. lol
Glad she's ok.
:)
I could see where this was going and was duly cringing-glad she was ok -
OH MY! Actually, I've done that myself...once. :D
She has an excuse...being little. What's mine?
Well, when your in a certain position...and you have nothing else...ummm, you improvise.
that's why i've never bought those. i was afraid we would end up doing the same thing.
