A Springy Good Birthday

Yesterday the sky was blue, dotted with white fluffy clouds. The sun was shinning. The air was warm. Yes, it was a great afternoon to celebrate a birthday.
Yep it's me. I'm on a fast, down hill slide to 40. I certainly don't feel as old as I am. However, I have noticed some new lines on my face. *SIGH*

Take a close look at the next two pictures. Would you be surprised if I told you Daddy dressed his girls? Gracie in her pink floral camos and a yellow shirt... Chuck couldn't find her tennis shoes so she is wearing her black Mary Jane's... Suzie has on a John Deere shirt and bibs.... Every weekend Chuck puts this same outfit on her...

The girls were attempting to see if they could empty their entire sand box one handful at a time
Gracie tried to sweep up Suzie's pile but was met with Suzie's harsh words, "Lemme stuff 'lone!"
Chuck took a break from watching the race to get the grill going. We have a gas grill but there is a whole story as to how we purchased a charcoal grill last year... I may have to post that someday... I took a couple pictures of the flames, I thought they were cool.... can you tell I am the wife of a firefighter?
Mmmm, Mmmm, Boy. Get the steaks cuz this grill is just about ready.... I was going to snap a picture of the steaks on the grill but I didn't want to make your mouth water. (actually I took the girls in to get a bath and I missed the opportunity)
Today its supposed to start raining pouring for 24 hours, then a projected high of 34 tomorrow. *pftttttb* At least I know that Spring is getting closer.
