Ok, we (Chuck) got the treadmill put together and running (walking). Wednesday night I walked close to an hour, and over and hour Thursday night. Friday night I was too busy being Mom's Taxi to walk... alright, ok, fine- I was a little sore as well and didn't feel like walking...
The treadmill has all kinds of options on it.
Two cup holders to make sure I drink plenty of water... followed by a long potty break...
Speakers for my iPod... now I need to create a 'workout' folder for energizing music...
Speeds up to 12 mph... yeah, like that will ever happen. Who am I? The bionic woman?...
And it inclines to a degree of 10... 10 what, I don't know. But an incline of 4 is enough for me. This isn't mountain climbing...
As with all treadmills, it has a safety key thingy that instantly stops the motor when it is pulled out.... for those times that I might attempt the 12 mph and fling myself off the treadmill...
The only place in the house with enough room to put the treadmill is in the boys bedroom.... we SOooo need a bigger house... I had to rearrange their room a little, but it works out perfectly... plus, they think its cool to have it in their room...
Gracie has enjoyed walking on it as well. She even asked if I would buy her some 'exercise clothes' like I have so she can put them on when she walks... she is too cute...
Even though the treadmill was on sale for what I think was a decent price, I still feel a little guilty for spending money when we are trying to save it. But not only am I getting healthy... and stress release... I am setting a good example for my kids. So we'll count this as a life investment, and lose the guilt... along with some weight...

Consider it an investment - in your health!
It looks pretty fancy!
That is one suped-up treadmill. WOW.
My brother and sister-in-law live in Tallahassee. They were up here over Christmas and I introduced them to my blog.
WOW, Now that's a TREADMILL!! Enjoy it - give the boys a schedule for when they should get on it - maybe they'll stick w/it. Little Gracie gets her turn too!!
Love you all
Stick with it, or the "investment" won't count! ;-) Also, don't be so quick to get a "bigger house". If you have more room for "stuff" you fill it up with... Stuff! Then you wind up with the same space you had before but Lots more to clean!
I can definately see myself getting a large dumpster to fill this year...
Good for you.... and the example you're setting for your kids is worth EVERY penny!!! Good luck!
12 mph?! Yeah, there's no way I'd ever even need that feature. LOL Good for you for getting one!! It is a stress reliever. We have one, but I've not been as disciplined lately.
And how cute - she wants her own excercise clothes!!! =)
good for you! I need to buy one and get my butt in shape!
I thought about a gym membership for like 2 seconds and then i thought, hey, maybe a treadmill. I would love nothing more than to wear what I want to wear when I work out. That is some treadmill:) Kudos to you on getting it and setting a good example for your little ones:)

That looks like fun! I have never tried one...yet! This last year or so I have added some weight.
I keep deluding myself that it will vanish but maybe I need to get real!
Nice treadmill! The boys don't mind it in the middle of their room? LOL Their momma in there exercising?? I can just see it now....them in there trying to get some peace AWAY from you and here comes momma bee-bopping in their room dressed like Olivia Newton John in that music video she did several years ago - wearing the workout clothes!!ROFLOL
